For everyone
What is PlayerPal?
One player identity and loyalty layer that works across casinos, game providers and affiliates. A player keeps a single PlayerPal Account and earns Points wherever they connect it. Partners get analytics about their own players and an anonymous comparison with the wider network. See What is PlayerPal.
Does PlayerPal store player emails, names or phone numbers?
No. PlayerPal does not ask for them, and its systems are designed never to receive them. Players sign in with a passkey, a PlayerPal-generated ID and password, or a social account from which PlayerPal keeps only an opaque reference. Partner data that looks like an email address is rejected. PlayerPal still treats pseudonymous identifiers and gameplay data as personal data and protects them accordingly. See Privacy.
What happens if PlayerPal is down?
Players keep playing. PlayerPal is never called during game launch, betting, settlement or payout. Partners hold activity locally and send it when PlayerPal is reachable again, so Points arrive late rather than being lost. Linking a new player needs PlayerPal, so that step waits; play does not. See Availability.
What is available today?
Player sign-in, linking, activity ingestion, Points earning and partner analytics through the API are available. Partner portals, the embeddable widget and the rewards shop are in development. The reward-partner role and enterprise sign-in for partner staff are planned. See Capabilities.
How is PlayerPal priced?
Commercial terms are not published. Contact PlayerPal.
For players
Can a player delete their data?
Yes. From the PlayerPal Account a player can Unlink any single partner, or Delete the Account entirely. Delete Account erases the player's PlayerPal identity; gameplay facts may be kept without anything tying them back to the player. It does not delete the player's accounts at casinos. See Player experience.
Can players spend their Points yet?
Not yet. Players earn and view Points today. A rewards shop is in development. See Points and rewards.
How does a player recover an Account without email?
With one-time recovery codes, a second passkey, or a connected social sign-in. PlayerPal staff cannot reset credentials or take over an Account.
For operators
Can I see other operators' data?
No. You see figures about the players linked to you. Comparisons with the network are anonymous statistics only: no names, ranks or individual competitor values, and figures are withheld when too few operators or players contribute or when one competitor would dominate. Your scope comes from your credentials, so you cannot request another party's data. See Privacy thresholds.
Do I need to change my game launch or wallet?
Your launch and wallet flows stay the same. After a player links, you receive aliases from PlayerPal and pass the game provider's alias to the game in the launch information you already send. PlayerPal plays no part in wallet authorisation or settlement. See Linking players.
Who calculates Points?
PlayerPal. Partners report what happened; they never submit Point totals. This keeps Points consistent across every casino and game. See Points and rewards.
For game providers
Can a provider track a player across casinos?
No. A game provider receives a separate alias for each casino it is integrated with, so it cannot join a player from one casino to another by identifier. For analytics, PlayerPal can still tell a provider how many distinct players it reaches across its integrations, as numbers only, and withholds those figures when the group is too small. See For game providers.
How does activity reach PlayerPal?
After rounds settle, you write them to your own outbox and send them in batches, either in the request body or as an uploaded file for large exports. PlayerPal confirms receipt straight away and processes the batch afterwards. See Sending activity.
For affiliates
How does affiliate attribution work?
In the current version, the operator reports which affiliate referred each player, as the authoritative source. Affiliate analytics and the affiliate portal are in development. See For affiliates.
For developers
How do I start integrating?
PlayerPal issues partner credentials during onboarding; there is no self-service sign-up. You authenticate with OAuth 2.0 client credentials, or with HMAC request signing if you cannot run OAuth. Then follow the Developer quickstart and browse the API reference.
Is there a sandbox?
Not yet. The API reference is read-only, and there is no public test environment. Contact PlayerPal to arrange integration testing.
What currencies are supported?
Euro only in the current version. Support for other currencies depends on a currency policy that is not yet decided.
What if I send the same batch twice?
It is counted once. Re-sending a batch with the same ID and the same content returns the original receipt. Re-using a batch ID with different content is rejected as a conflict. See Idempotency and errors.
