Partner analytics
PlayerPal gives each operator and game provider analytics about the players linked to it: activity, linking, points and integration health, plus an anonymous view of how those players compare with the wider PlayerPal network. Every figure is aggregated. No partner ever sees an individual player, a competitor's name or another partner's own numbers.
AvailableWhat you can see
Every figure belongs to exactly one visibility tier. Your tier is decided by the credential you sign in with, never by a parameter in the request.
| Tier | Who sees it | Population | Protection |
|---|---|---|---|
| Own | Your organisation | Players linked to you. For an operator, players with an active link to you. For a game provider, players reached through its integrations. | Account floor on player figures |
| Network comparison | Your organisation | Your players compared with the rest of the PlayerPal network: players of other partners of your type | Account floor, peer floor, dominance rule, statistics only |
| Benchmark | Your organisation | Anonymous peers of the same partner type | Peer floor, dominance rule, statistics only |
| Network | PlayerPal staff only | The whole network | Staff permission; every access is audited |
The comparison and benchmark tiers publish only quartiles (p25, p50, p75), the mean and the band your value falls in. They never publish a minimum, a maximum, an exact rank or the size of the network as an exact number. See Privacy thresholds for the full rules.

Where to get it
KPI API
AvailableA read-only HTTP API for machine access. You authenticate with OAuth client credentials or a signed request, using a credential with the KPI read scope. Your organisation is taken from the credential; there is no party parameter.
| Area | What it returns |
|---|---|
| Catalogue | The KPIs your partner type can read, with units, supported grains and whether the account floor applies |
| Own KPIs | One KPI over a date range, by day, ISO week or month, with the previous period for comparison |
| Breakdowns | An activity KPI split by market, game or counterpart, top 10 plus "Other" |
| Overview | Every overview KPI with its availability, source and last update time |
| Comparison and benchmarks | Your position against the network or peers, for closed weeks and months |
| Insights and Ask | Ranked, explainable insights and answers to common questions |
Every call is recorded with the calling organisation, client and KPI. See KPI API and the API reference.
Partner portal analytics
In developmentThe partner portal has analytics pages for performance, players, games, markets, counterparts, retention and benchmarks, backed by the same API and the same privacy rules. Portal sign-in for partners is still being built, so the portal is not yet available to partners.
Data freshness
- Activity KPIs (rounds, turnover, wins, GGR, active accounts) are refreshed every 15 minutes by default.
- Linked players are rebuilt for recent days every 15 minutes by default.
- Comparisons and benchmarks cover closed weeks and months only, and are recomputed every 6 hours for recent periods.
- Overview KPIs carry a last-updated time for the feed behind each value.
These are refresh cycles, not service-level commitments.
Data sources
Analytics are built only from data partners send to PlayerPal and from the PlayerPal points ledger:
- Activity: settled game rounds sent as activity batches or uploads. See Sending activity.
- Facts: gameplay and commercial facts sent through fact ingest. See Fact ingest.
- Points: credits PlayerPal writes when activity qualifies. See Points and rewards.
All money values are in EUR. PlayerPal holds no player names, emails or phone numbers, so none can appear in analytics.
